Subscriptions and CreditsSome features of the Applications may require subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases.Prices, features, and details related to subscriptions or credits will be displayed within the Applications.By purchasing a subscription or credits, the User agrees to the applicable charges.Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and their respective payment terms apply.Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the relevant platform settings.⸻4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the Applications to:
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Applications
• Interfere with the infrastructure, servers, or functionality of the ApplicationsWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.⸻5. Artificial Intelligence DisclaimerThe Applications may generate content using artificial intelligence.AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. The information provided by the Applications is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.Users are responsible for evaluating any information provided by the Applications before relying on it.⸻6. • design
• text

Cancellation and RefundsUsers may cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.Unless required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store, refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.After cancellation, the User will retain access to the subscription until the end of the current billing period.⸻11. PrivacyUse of the Applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.By using the Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.⸻12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oscar Manas, its affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
